Effective date: October 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of vurge.us and your booking, purchase, and install session of the Funding Pipeline package from VURGE, LLC ("VURGE," "we," "us"). Booking a session or making a payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The short version
- You buy a digital package — an AI-enabled agentic workflow — delivered and installed on your hardware during a live session.
- We never promise you'll win funding. We give you a system; results depend on your effort, eligibility, and funders' decisions.
- It's not financial, legal, or tax advice. Verify every opportunity yourself before you act on it.
- One license per person or business. Please don't resell or redistribute the package.
- $279, payable at your install session — nothing due at booking. Your purchase includes the digital package, live guided installation, and 30 days of support.
- All sales final. The funding pipeline is delivered and tested during your live guided session and cannot be "returned".
- Ohio law applies, and disputes go to the courts in Columbus, Ohio.
1. Who we are
VURGE, LLC is an Ohio limited liability company based in Columbus, Ohio. We publish educational content, teach professionals to build and own private AI agents on open-source software, and sell the Funding Pipeline — a digital system for finding, verifying, and pursuing non-dilutive funding opportunities. Contact: info@vurge.us.
2. What the Funding Pipeline is — and isn't
The Funding Pipeline is an AI-enabled agentic workflow: an intake questionnaire, searching for funding opportunities that align with your business profile, a verification and scoring methodology, and a live dashboard. It is delivered as a private code repository and used with AI tools in your own private AI platform, with a live guided install session on a video call. It is designed to help you organize and discipline your own search for grants and other non-dilutive funding.
It is not a funding provider, a grantmaker, a broker, an agent, or a guarantee of any award. VURGE does not submit applications on your behalf, does not receive any portion of funding you may win, and is not affiliated with any funder unless explicitly stated.
3. No professional advice; no guarantee of results
Nothing in the product or on this website is financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Funding amounts, deadlines, and eligibility rules change without notice — you are responsible for verifying every opportunity directly with the funder before relying on it or applying. Any examples, scores, revenue estimates, or outcomes shown are illustrations, not promises. Your results depend on factors entirely outside our control, including your eligibility, effort, and the decisions of funders.
4. Your license
When you buy the Funding Pipeline, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license for one person or one business to use it in your own funding search. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly share, or redistribute the package or its contents. Your employer or client may benefit from your use of it, but each practitioner needs their own license.
5. Booking, payment, and delivery
You book your install session through our online calendar. Nothing is due at booking. Payment of $279 is made at the start of your session via our Stripe payment link, which we share on the call. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Once payment is received, we grant your GitHub account read-only access to the private package repository during the session, and you pull the package onto your own machine. The package is licensed per §4 — it remains ours; your license is perpetual for one person or business.
6. Install sessions, rescheduling, and sales final
Sessions run on a video call, typically 30–60 minutes. With your consent, we may record the session for quality and so you have a personal replay — say so any time, before or during, and we won't record. You may reschedule once with 24 hours' notice at no charge. If you don't attend your session and haven't rescheduled, nothing is owed — you simply haven't paid yet; the booking slot is released. Because payment is made at the session and the package is delivered and tested during it, all sales are final once payment completes: no refunds for change of mind, unused purchases, or results you didn't get (see §3).
To the extent any law gives you a non-waivable right to a refund, that law wins over this section.
7. Support
Your purchase includes 30 days of free support for troubleshooting the Funding Pipeline as delivered — installation issues, setup questions, pipeline errors. It does not include custom development, new features, strategy consulting, or help with third-party AI tools beyond the pipeline itself. After 30 days, we provide ad hoc support at $75 per hour. If you would like to engage our services for a specific project, please contact us.
8. AI-assisted work is your responsibility
The product is designed to be used with your own private, open-source AI platform, built on top of Open WebUI. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding before you rely on any AI-assisted output — including opportunity research, drafts, and scores. Human judgment stays embedded; that's the point.
9. Using this website
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping it for resale, no interfering with its operation, no misrepresenting your identity to us. We may update the site and these terms; the "effective date" above shows the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
10. Email and your data
When you book or buy, we receive what you give us — name, email, your GitHub username, machine details you choose to share — and we use it only to deliver your live guided session, your funding pipeline, and your support. We don't sell your information, ever. If you join our email list, we'll send practical updates — new videos, new artifacts, and early access to certification and expert matching as it opens — and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Purchase receipts and delivery emails are separate and necessary — those we send because you bought something.
11. Third-party services
The site and product reference third-party services — YouTube, Stripe, and the AI platforms you choose to run. We don't control those services and aren't liable for them. Their own terms apply to your use of them.
12. Disclaimers and limit of liability
The site and product are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except the promises we explicitly make in these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by Ohio law, VURGE's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us — $279, not your opportunity cost, a lost award, or anything else. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Columbus, Ohio. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
14. What your machine needs
Your computer needs a 64-bit system — Windows 10 or 11, macOS 12 or newer, or Linux — with at least 8 GB of memory, 20 GB of free disk space, and a stable internet connection. A checklist is included with your booking confirmation; if your machine doesn't meet it, tell us before your session and we'll reschedule or part as friends — nothing owed either way.
